Job summary

Honest Renovation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a motivated student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field to join our on-site team and gain practical supervision experience.

You will assist in supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, reading drawings, and ensuring work follows design specs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural blueprints.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage a diverse on-site workforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with architectural design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports for the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper and safe use of tools, machinery, and construction materials.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues; escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to avoid delays.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
