Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced architect to lead the preparation and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and comply with all regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Architecture with at least 8 years of relevant experience in architectural consultancy or development firms, and is proficient in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in architectural consultancy or developer firms.
• Strong knowledge of design development, construction detailing, and authority submissions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
