Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
Required skill(s): Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop & etc
Preferably candidate specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
Support the preparation of drawings and documents required for local authority submissions and approvals.
Assisting Project Architect in the design and development of architectural plans, drawings, and models
Conducting site visits, measurements, and analyses to gather crucial project data
Providing technical support to the project management team throughout the construction phase
Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications.
Prepare and develop architectural drawings to meet client specifications.
Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.
