Job summary

Averis in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to handle invoice processing, collections and day-to-day transaction activities, ensuring timely and accurate postings in SAP. The role also involves coordinating with cash management and AP teams, and supporting month-end close.

The ideal candidate will have solid AR knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Receivable invoice, collections and day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
• Report on overdue invoices, initiate the dunning process and generate reminders for overdue accounts, and provide for bad debts.
• Coordinate and ensure month end activities related to AR is executed on timely basis.
• To attend to CSC communication channels e.g. email and assigned Helpdesk tickets.
