Michael Page Malaysia is recruiting an AR/OTC Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage day-to-day accounts receivable, handle order-to-cash processes, and ensure accurate customer balances across regions.

This role requires Vietnamese language skills, meticulous financial record-keeping, and the ability to coordinate with billing teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. A permanent contract with a language allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable processes and customer account management.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash activities, including billing and payment follow-up.
• Ability to review financial information accurately and identify discrepancies.
• Vietnamese language capability to support relevant stakeholder communication, spoken & written.
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate finance documentation.
• Confidence in managing finance queries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities to maintain accurate customer balances.
• Process order-to-cash transactions in a timely and organised manner.
• Review customer account information and resolve discrepancies where identified.
• Prepare and maintain finance records to support clear reporting and follow-up.
• Monitor outstanding items and coordinate actions to keep account information current.
• Work with relevant internal teams to address billing and payment queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation for accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities.
