Job summary

Michael Page in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior OTC Team Lead to oversee day-to-day order-to-cash activities and coordinate across the Accounting & Finance function. You will review transactions, resolve processing issues, and drive improvements for timely financial processing.

The role requires leadership and strong communication with internal stakeholders, with language proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese or Indonesian as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OTC within an Accounting & Finance function.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Ability to review financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Clear communication with internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese or Indonesian language as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day order-to-cash activities to support accurate and timely financial processing.
• Coordinate work across the Accounting & Finance department to maintain clear task ownership and delivery timelines.
• Review order-to-cash transactions and records to improve accuracy and resolve processing issues.
• Monitor outstanding work and prioritise activities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify transaction details and address operational queries.
• Prepare clear updates on order-to-cash activities, progress and issues for relevant stakeholders.
• Identify practical process improvements that help strengthen consistency across order-to-cash work.
