Job summary

Vinda SEA is seeking an AR & Credit Control Executive at its Klang HQ for handling customer accounts, credit limits, and collections. The role supports risk management and reporting within a hybrid work setup near Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

The ideal candidate will have accounting/finance education, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Oracle ERP AR module. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided and a focus on accuracy and timely action.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, AR module, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update new customer accounts in the system.
• Update ship-to’s and revised credit limits for customers.
• Monitor accounts for blocking/releasing and ensure proper documentation.
• Process credit notes and returns with AR/CC approvals.
• Prepare monthly AR balance sheet and reports.
• Attend to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in collections and maintaining credit terms.
