Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) is seeking an accounts receivable professional in Malaysia to process invoices, monitor aging, and manage collections. You will handle end-to-end AR workflows, reconcile accounts, and prepare management reports, with a standard Mon-Fri schedule from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Experience in AR processing and cash application is preferred. This role offers full-time employment within a Malaysian office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process, generate, and issue customer invoices accurately and maintain accurate payment records.
• Monitor customer aging, issue Statements of Account (SOA), follow up on overdue payments, and manage credit risks.
• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and prepare AR aging and collection reports for management.
• Record and post payments across various channels (bank transfers, cheques, cash).
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues, ensure policy compliance, and assist with general finance duties.
• Manage end-to-end AR workflows, invoice generation, payment collections, customer reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Working day: Mon-Fri
