Responsabilités

• Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings and organize delegation.
• Conduct annual appraisals, salary reviews, career interviews & succession planning.
• Manage health, safety and environmental rules within the APU.
• Ensure continuous improvement mindset and SQCDM performance in the APU.
• Be responsible for customer line returns analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the APU.
