Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising production operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and supervise staff.
• Optimize resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Hire, train, and motivate employees while ensuring safety.
• Analyse issues and implement corrective actions.
