Catalyst AI, a Malaysian AI and application company, seeks a skilled business analyst/solution consultant to turn owner problems into sellable demos and clear requirements. You will run discovery sessions, map processes, and craft scope and acceptance criteria for engineering teams to deliver.

You will also coordinate onboarding, manage changes, and support renewals with solid proposal documentation, while leveraging AI tools daily.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in business analysis, solution consulting, pre-sales or process consulting.
• Experience running discovery with senior business stakeholders and writing requirements for engineers.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools and a prototype or automation built with them.
• Fluency discussing data, integrations and databases with engineers; no production coding.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery sessions with owners, directors and heads of function to map processes.
• Build tailored demos and prototypes with AI tools on top of existing products.
• Write scope, solution outline and effort estimates for custom proposals.
• Coordinate onboarding and requirements workshop when a client buys products.
• Turn discovery into written requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Be the day‑to‑day contact to manage changes and ensure go-live sign-off.
• Maintain the evidence trail for a governance approach including decisions and tests.
• Support renewal bidding with requirements and solution documents.
