Job summary

Pacific & Orient Bhd is seeking a motivated tester to perform in-house developed application testing and assist with requirements study. You will document software for training and provide on-site and remote support to customers.

You will attend meetings with customers and work with the team to investigate software issues reported, leveraging your English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills. This entry-level role welcomes fast learners who can work independently.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Good interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Fast learner, able to work independently.
• No programming experience required.
• Knowledge in Insurance business process or Credit Recovery workflows is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
