Job summary

MSPHitect Sdn Bhd, recruiting on behalf of a client in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Application Support professional with 3-5 years of experience in requirement definition, design, software development and implementation. You will provide production support for business application systems and work closely with IT teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows Server, UNIX servers and Oracle/MySQL databases; familiarity with CRM and CTI is a plus, and prior exposure to contact center
