Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a post-sales technical support professional to assist customers from design through manufacturing, focusing on CAD/CAM/CAE and end-to-end network solutions represented by the company. You will develop and deliver training, supports, and other related post-sales activities for onboard customers.

Ideal candidates will be capable of conducting trainings and support activities across the customer journey, ensuring smooth handover from design to production.
