Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in software/IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of software/app development experience.
• ERP experience with Epicor is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently in an Agile environment.
• Willing to work at Taiping, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, recommend and implement necessary customizations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, customization, and BPM.
• Analyze business problems to determine sources and options.
• Explain technical requirements to end users.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Administer MS SQL databases.
• Create technical and support documentation.
• Develop and enforce technical guidelines and processes.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on architecture and standards.
• Ensure system performance supports business needs.
• Maintain application documentation for Epicor, Integration, and OCS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
