Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking an Outlet Assistant Leader for the Apparels division at AEON Mall KL MidTown.

You will oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving sales performance. The role requires 4–5 years in retail with supervisory exposure, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays at the KL MidTown location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and supervise outlet staff in daily activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Ensure proper merchandise display and outlet cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
