AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking an Outlet Assistant Leader for the Apparels division at AEON Mall KL MidTown.

You will oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving sales performance. The role requires 4–5 years in retail with supervisory exposure, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays at the KL MidTown location.

Outlet Assistant Leader – Apparels (AEON Mall KL MidTown)

The Assistant Outlet Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading the outlet team to maintain smooth operations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
