Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a capable Retail Operations Manager to oversee store performance, ensure accuracy of advertised products and services, and maintain high standards of asset condition. You will train team members, manage safety and security equipment, and ensure adherence to budgeted expenditures.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree, 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays; possessed own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all advertised products, facilities and services are correct and updated.
• Ensure assets are in good condition and train team members to do the same.
• Participate in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Return of goods is done according to procedures.

Ensure that Assets are in good condition and to train team member to do the same as well

Returning of goods are done according to the procedures

Job Requirements:

Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.

2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.

Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team

Able to work on shift, weekend, & public holiday.

Posses own transportation.
