Job summary

You will collaborate with production, quality, and other teams to address issues arising during sampling, and you will follow up on strike-offs for prints and embroidery. The role requires maintaining documentation for all orders and ensuring alignment with buyer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Check and respond to emails from buyers and suppliers regarding samples/ graphics issues & status, materials status etc
• Review and approve or reject samples and other development-related materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Attend internal meetings with production, quality, and other teams to ensure alignment.
• Submit and follow up on strike-offs for prints and embroidery for buyer approval.
• Maintain development files and style files for all orders.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sampling process, often together with internal teams
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to superior on progress, potential delays, and other critical information.
• Departmental collaboration: Work with other departments, such as quality, to ensure the product aligns with buyer needs and brand standards.
