Job summary

WH Bespoke Tailoring in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organised Merchandiser to follow up on customer orders and coordinate with our tailoring team to ensure garments are completed on time.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple orders while liaising with tailors, workshops and quality checks before delivery. Training will be provided to learn bespoke garment construction.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and responsible.
• Able to manage multiple orders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience in merchandising, garment production or order coordination is an advantage.
• Basic tailoring or sewing knowledge is a plus.

Coordinate with tailors and workshops on garment production, fittings and alterations.

Maintain and update order records and delivery schedules.

Assist with basic garment quality checks before delivery.

Identify delays and follow up with the relevant team members to resolve issues.

Working Hours

Monday to Wednesday: 10am to 8pm

Saturday: 10am to 6pm

Sunday: 11am to 6pm

Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Off days: Thursday and Friday

Work Location

Kuala Lumpur city centre, with convenient access to MRT, LRT and Monorail stations.
