Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 1 year in sales or merchandising FMCG.
• Able to speak Mandarin; English & Bahasa Melayu advantageous.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or food sampling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Stay current with market trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and set up promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Rotate products by expiration dates.
• Set up and maintain food sampling stations.
• Engage customers and provide product information.
• Report daily promotional activities to Sales Manager.
• Track effectiveness of merchandising and sampling activities.
• Communicate updates on inventory, sales, and feedback to management.
• Collaborate with store managers on product placement.
• Travel to various retail locations as required.
