Job summary
DigiCert is seeking a Solution Engineer to be based in Malaysia, combining technical depth with commercial acumen to qualify, develop, and close APJ opportunities. You will work with Account Managers, partners, and regional teams to articulate digital trust value and design scalable DigiCert solutions.
The role involves partner enablement, demonstrations, proof-of-concept planning, and travel across ASEAN, with flexibility for direct sales or strategic accounts as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience working with partners, distributors, or technology alliances is desirable.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical DigiCert solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and customer meetings to connect DigiCert capabilities to business value.
- Design tailored technical solutions with product configurations and deployment options.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement through workshops and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility of complex requirements.
