Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an APAC Transformation Leader to head the newly established APAC Transformation Function. The role bridges local country needs with global strategy, driving adoption and value across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will lead a regional portfolio, align priorities with country leadership and stakeholders, oversee governance, and apply practical judgment on technology options, including Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of transformation, operational improvement, technology delivery or related strategic roles.
Experience working regionally or multi-country with strong stakeholder management.
Understanding of modern productivity/automation tools, especially Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Experience leading governance, prioritization and delivery reporting across portfolios.
Fluent in English; APAC language skills are a plus.
Background in professional services or AI-enabled tools in risk-aware environments is advantageous.
Coaching mindset, outcome-focused, capable of setting direction amid ambiguity.
