Job summary

CHINT Group Co., Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Tendering Specialist to prepare commercial and technical proposals for LV/MV switchgear and EPC in APAC from our Kuala Lumpur office.

You will work with sales and marketing teams locally and with APAC colleagues at the corporate HQ to enhance tender strategy, pricing, and project planning. The role requires strong English communication, at least 5 years in tendering or related fields, and collaboration with engineering and supply chain to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, engineering, or related roles.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Mandarin ability is an advantage for regional interactions.
• Familiar with tendering software and common office tools (WPS/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Compile and manage a tender document database and information.
• Maintain pricing/estimating databases; document Cost of Non-Performance and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with APAC bidding teams to improve processes and capture customer requirements.
• Support pipeline reviews and keep the pool up to date.
• Assess RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with engineering and supply chain to optimize proposals.
