Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Tender Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, prepare tender proposals and generate quotations. You will ensure accuracy, meet deadlines and liaise with Sales, Engineering and Factory teams to keep customers informed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with experience in electrical equipment a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in electrical switches, switchgear, switchboards or related electrical equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customers and internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review customer enquiries and prepare tender proposals.
• Prepare quotations and tender documents based on approved pricing and commercial instructions.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding quotations, tender status and project updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical & Tendering Manager, Internal Sales, Factory and other relevant departments.
• Monitor order processing, production status, project progress and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with the factory and internal teams to gather information for customer updates.
• Ensure customer requirements and project information are communicated internally.
• Maintain records of quotations, tenders, customer enquiries, POs and project documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and progress updates for management as required.

To be successful for the role:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field

Experience working in the industry related to electrical switches, switchgear, switchboards, electrical equipment is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
