DKSH is expanding its Food & Beverage Ingredients business in Asia Pacific. The Senior Manager, Technical Business Development will shape regional strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead regional sales development of VAM products across APAC.

The role demands deep domain knowledge in F&B ingredients, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with country teams, conduct market analysis, and advance go-to-market initiatives for long-term value.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
8–10 years in food & beverage ingredients, technical sales, or business development with 5+ years in leadership.
Experience across APAC markets and managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, pricing and contract awareness; ability to travel regionally.

Mansioni

Set and drive regional strategy for F&B ingredients and VAM products.
Lead and coach country teams on complex sales opportunities and key accounts.
Design regional training programs to build capability and commercial excellence.
Govern regional project pipeline with visibility and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and content.
Influence product roadmap and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead onboarding of regional clients and product launches.
Present thought leadership at industry events and forums.
Manage senior stakeholders and disrupt blockers to reach growth targets.
