Job summary

Elanco, a global animal health leader, invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Intern in the APAC region. You will work with recruiters to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates while gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.

You will partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across markets, use GEM and LinkedIn Recruiter, and help build talent pipelines for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or enrolling in relevant degree programs (HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology).
• Experience: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest: Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across various functions and markets.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Support the creation and delivery of candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned by management.
