Job summary

Elanco in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the APAC Talent Acquisition team, partnering with recruiters to identify, engage, and screen candidates while gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

You will help with candidate outreach, pipeline building, and coordination across markets. Location is Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work environment, ideal for students pursuing HR or related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Proactive, curious, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across functions and markets.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Support creation/delivery of candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current/future hiring needs.
• Support ad hoc assignments or projects from management.
