Job summary

Givaudan in Petaling Jaya invites a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern for a 6-month program. You will assist in recruitment coordination across APAC, support strategically important projects, and liaise with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth processes.

This internship offers hands-on HR exposure in a global leader’s team. Based locally in Petaling Jaya, you will gain experience with SAP SuccessFactors, learn HR processes, and develop analytics and reporting skills while working

Qualifications

• Pursuing college/university degree in HR or related field.
• Willing to complete a minimum 3-month internship (September onwards).
• Interest in gaining recruitment support experience in a multinational organization.
• Located in Petaling Jaya.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination and administration.
• Support talent mapping and strategic projects for APAC region.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure clear communication.
• Schedule logistics and travel for interviews to enhance candidate experience.
• Contribute to HRIS system activities and data integrity.
