• Minimum CGPA is 3.0.
• Strong team player with interpersonal and communication skills.

• Internship duration of at least 6 months.
• Two months of comprehensive new hire training.

Responsibilities

• PMO Reporting: Assist in workforce planning, hiring, and trackers.
• Data Management: Validate, consolidate, and update data for reporting/governance purposes.
• Hiring Coordination: Support recruitment tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding, and pipeline monitoring.
• Administrative Support: Assist with invoice tracking, onboarding administration, and coordination.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project docs, meeting records, and SharePoint/knowledge repositories.
• Dashboard & Analytics: Help prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
