Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Staff/Senior Staff - Supply Chain for APAC Business Planning to manage demand and supply planning for products from 3rd party vendors. You will analyze demand and guide build strategies, oversee inventory/lead times, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize service levels and revenue.

Responsibilities include prioritization, allocation governance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain while aligning with BU and OSAT partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management /Supply Chain/Engineering or Operation Planning.
• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Min 3 years experience as supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position.
• Strong leadership, people management & influencing skills.
• Experience in ERP systems operation and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance during constrained supply situations.
• Evaluate customer priorities, revenue impact, supply constraints, operational capacity, and business trade-offs.
• Assess end-to-end supply chain implications before recommending pull-ins, expedites, decommits, schedule changes, or allocation adjustments.
• Serve as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to demand requirements.
• Provide management with clear recommendations on customer commitments, recovery options, and risk mitigation plans.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings and drive continuous improvement in system and network optimization.
