Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Associate to support planning activities for supply, material, production, inventory, and shipments. You will monitor material availability, assist with demand-driven planning, and coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Shipping teams to maintain accurate planning data.

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in planning, with strong Excel skills and MRP knowledge, are preferred to help drive

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Planning, or related field.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, material planning, or inventory planning.
• Good understanding of MRP, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning for supply, material, production, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor material availability to meet production needs.
• Assist with production and supply planning based on demand and inventory.
• Track inventory levels and assist in inventory planning.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Shipping teams.
• Maintain planning data and review requirements.
• Support MRP-related planning activities and follow up on material requirements.
• Identify potential material shortages, supply risks, and disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain planning reports using Excel.
• Assist continuous improvement initiatives and related projects.
