Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Planning in Malaysia to lead demand, supply, inventory and production planning across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.

You will oversee stock allocation, replenishment and production requirements to ensure product availability, and monitor inventory health across the supply chain. This role collaborates with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand, inventory or production planning.
• Experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, forecasting and replenishment.
• Experience in FMCG, food, retail, consumer goods or high-SKU environments is preferred.
• Manufacturing or production planning experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP/WMS experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Malaysian only.
• Salary Range : RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide demand, supply, inventory and production planning across retail, e-commerce and B2B channels.
• Oversee stock allocation, replenishment and production requirements to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory health, including stock shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items and expiry risks.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing and Finance on supply planning.
• Identify supply constraints and drive corrective actions to improve inventory efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Planning Team while improving forecasting and planning processes.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
