• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead the APAC Solutions & Sales Engineering strategy under VP guidance.
• Mentor and manage a multi-country team across APAC with a focus on innovation.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of data center electrical and mechanical solutions.
• Coordinate with product, design, construction and operations for project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data center technologies and industry trends.
