Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an iTero Logistics Specialist in APAC, Malaysia. This role focuses on SAP-driven order-to-cash processes, inventory control, and coordination with 3PLs for warehousing, shipping, and customs.

You will support trade compliance, document accuracy (HS codes, COO), and supplier relationships while ensuring timely deliveries and traceability across SEA markets. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics, Material Planning or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP’s OTC and SFDC, ensuring accurate inventory control and distribution management.
• Coordinate RMA returns with local markets to achieve timely returns.
• Coordinate demo assets inbound/outbound and maintain traceability of movement records.
• Process invoices from 3PL and verify billing accuracy for AP payment.
• Monitor freight and logistics partners for shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
• Identify and address shipping and distribution issues with RCA and CAPA.
• Ensure documentation for inbound/outbound is correct in valuation, HS Code, and COO.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance/RA on customs matters, HS Code, import/export processes.
• Understand export control regulations; ECO role a plus.
• Navigate inbound/outbound for Class A/B medical devices in SEA.
• Support Global/Regional projects related to Systems Roll-out and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment issues with owners and resolve.
• Ensure on-time delivery and records retention with 3PLs and internal policies.
• Maintain relationships with partners via MBR and QBR.
