Job summary

Align Technology seeks a Logistics Specialist to support APAC Malaysia, applying SAP knowledge to manage sourcing, warehousing, customs clearance, and RMA for iTero products.

You will coordinate with 3PL, monitor freight, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain compliance with ISO13485 and local regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, Mandarin and English fluency, and ability to work cross-functionally within a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics with exposure to APAC operations.
• Strong SAP knowledge and ERP experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTC and SFDC inventory control and distribution management.
• Coordinate RMA returns and demo asset flow with markets.
• Process invoices from 3PL and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with HS codes, valuation, and trade regulations.
