Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist, APAC, to serve as a trusted technology partner across offices and locations. You will ensure access to devices, apps, and connectivity, while resolving escalated issues and coordinating equipment deployments in a dynamic, global environment.

You will support Windows, Office 365, VPN, and collaboration tools, working independently and with US-based IT teams to maintain standards and fulfill end-user needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT or desktop support for end users.
• Strong Windows laptop & Office 365 experience.
• Proactive, service-oriented with remote support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for the APAC region.
• Provide in-person & remote support for employees.
• Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose Windows, Office 365, apps, accounts, and connectivity issues.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other productivity tools.
• Resolve VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access issues.
• Assist traveling employees with tech issues in various locations.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards and security.
