BSI seeks a Regional Employee Relations Lead - APAC to drive ER strategy and governance across China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea and Australia. You will empower country teams, manage complex cases, and align with global standards for workforce relations and employee experience.

You will lead in-country ER specialists, translate legal developments into practical guidance, and support organisational change while promoting consistent ER processes across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Employee Relations specialist or leader in a complex international org.
• Deep understanding of employment law across APAC.
• Experience handling high-risk ER matters including Japan and Korea.
• Experience advising on organisational change and restructures.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders with clear ER guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead ER activity across the Asia Pacific region ensuring high-risk cases are managed effectively.
• Provide specialist advice on investigations, performance, conduct, grievances, dismissals and other sensitive issues.
• Advise on organisation design and business change including restructures and M&A.
• Balance commercial needs with legal/regulatory obligations and employee welfare.
• Develop in-country ER specialists and guide regional People teams.
• Translate employment law updates into practical guidance for leaders.
