Cisco is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to support the APJC region, Southeast Asia, Singapore, and Australia. You will investigate workplace issues, advise on HR policies, and partner with People Partners and leaders. The role requires depth in ER, strong communication, and the ability to navigate sensitive matters while upholding Cisco's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 6+ years progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years handling complex ER investigations.
• Strong knowledge of SEA, Singapore, and Australia employment laws and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct complex workplace investigations and maintain case files.
• Advise on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Collaborate with People Partners and leadership across APJC and globally.
• Balance business needs with fair resolution and risk mitigation.
• Support continuous ER process improvements and compliance.
