Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Compressor Regional Project Development Manager (RPDM) for Reciprocating Compressors in the Asia Pacific region. You will lead technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with client teams, and drive regional modernization projects in oil & gas, chemical and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with rotating machinery experience.
Minimum 6 years as compressor field service/commissioning engineer.
Ability to explain technical solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

Lead compressor upgrade opportunities and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
Coordinate with client managers and service centers to develop proposals.
Conduct site surveys, data collection, risk assessment, and reporting.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with sub-suppliers for extended scope.
Travel as needed to customer sites and project locations.
