Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to cover renewable energy, power infrastructure, and energy storage mandates across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years experience in executive search and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will own a defined market and work with senior clients across developers and institutional investors.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years experience in executive search or specialist recruitment within energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to operate independently with full ownership of a personal desk.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a defined APAC market within the energy transition sector.
• Build and manage senior client relationships and originate new mandates.
• Run full-cycle search processes from headhunting through to offer negotiation.
