Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Director to lead regional sourcing and execution for an expanding APAC hyperscale data centre platform. You will drive strategy, supplier partnerships and commercial outcomes while coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Finance.

The role requires 15+ years in CAPEX procurement, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of FIDIC/large-scale contracts. Mandarin/Malay language skills could be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of procurement experience in project, construction and CAPEX environments.
• Experience with hyperscale data centres or mission-critical infrastructure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC procurement execution for hyperscale data centre projects and operations.
• Translate global strategies into regional sourcing and procurement programs.
• Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and risk across major packages.
• Develop procurement dashboards, track milestones and ensure governance.
• Mentor regional team and partner with stakeholders including Legal and Finance.
