Job summary

IBM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Process Analyst - APAY for the APAC region. You will handle invoice processing, vendor master management, query resolution and indexing across multiple APAC markets. Flexibility to work shifts is required for coverage.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in Accounts Payable, with SAP/Ariba experience. English and Mandarin proficiency are essential for this bilingual role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Understanding of AP processes including invoice processing, vendor maintenance and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain PO and non-PO invoices and process payments.
• Process invoices accurately and post timely in ERP/accounting systems.
• Perform end-to-end Vendor Master activities including modifications and cleansing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coding and approvals.
• Investigate blocked invoices, discrepancies, and payment issues.
• Handle vendor and stakeholder inquiries via email, calls, and tickets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Procure-to-Pay policies.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
