Job summary

Deel is seeking a skilled Pre‑Sales Solution Consultant (Delivery) to steward APAC payroll discovery and readiness from Sales to Implementation. You will ensure accurate client payroll landscapes across Asia‑Pacific, coordinating Onboarding and Project Managers for a smooth transition.

You will partner with Sales to validate scope, timelines and rollout plans, while enabling delivery teams with country insights and risk assessments. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in APAC payroll implementation or pre-sales.
• Strong payroll knowledge across APAC jurisdictions.
• Experience with multi-country payroll complexity.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM integrations.
• Excellent documentation and handover discipline.
• English fluency; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Discovery & Readiness: Lead detailed payroll discovery sessions across APAC and document scope, populations, processes, frequencies, benefits and obligations.
• Sales to Implementation Handover: Create comprehensive handover packs and document risks, constraints and dependencies.
• Sales Enablement & Deal Support: Support Sales on complex global payroll opportunities with delivery expertise and validate scope in client calls.
• Solutions & Payroll Enablement: Run country spotlight sessions and share complexity, risks, and best practices with Implementation teams.
