Job summary

Cision is seeking a regional Customer Success professional to drive client success across APAC markets. You will engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities, conduct product demos, onboard clients, and tailor reports to maximize value for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with the Monitoring & Insights team to ensure ongoing satisfaction and deliver insights that help clients achieve their goals across 8 APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about sales support, customer support, and client experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer support, sales ops, analytics, insights, or communications.
• Skilled in stakeholder management to build strong relationships.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, analytical with strong problem-solving and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the APAC sales team to understand the client's business goals and objectives, including pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
• Perform onboarding and support for new clients to the online platform including onboarding sessions via phone and email.
• Provide information, support, or training for platform products.
• Troubleshoot and support clients and internal stakeholders with media monitoring requests.
• Deliver reports based on clients' needs and produce insights to meet goals and deadlines.
