Job summary

Lenovo Group Limited seeks a Portfolio Enablement Manager for HCS & AI to bridge global offering teams with the APAC sales org. You will ensure commercial readiness and field- ready solutions, voicing APAC needs into global development and defining pricing paths ahead of launches.

You will design enablement programs, coordinate training, and produce collateral, while tracking adoption and effectiveness across the region. 8–12+ years in GTM roles in enterprise tech is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in sales enablement, portfolio/product management, or related GTM roles.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and/or AI solution portfolios.
• Experience with pricing/costing systems, part numbers, CPQ or quoting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across global and regional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advocate regional interests in global forums.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into the offering roadmap and upcoming pipeline for HCS & AI.
• Represent APAC in offering development calls/reviews.
• Identify regional gaps and advocate for their inclusion.
• Flag region-specific compliance, localization, or market requirements early.
• Ensure pricing, part numbers, and cost structures are set up in relevant systems ahead of launches.
• Define and document costing/pricing paths and approval processes for custom solutions.
• Collaborate with pricing, deal desk, and offering teams to resolve blockers.
• Ensure collateral (battlecards, decks, pricing guides, FAQs) is current and accessible to sales.
• Design enablement programs and onboarding paths to ramp sales.
• Deliver training sessions (live, virtual, self-paced) for the sales team.
• Communicate clearly and facilitate effectively.
• Track readiness, adoption, and enablement effectiveness.
• Own the process with accountability.
