Job summary

Lenovo APAC is seeking a Portfolio Enablement Manager to bridge global offering management with the Asia Pacific sales organization for Hybrid Cloud Solutions and AI. You will ensure commercial readiness, sales enablement, and field-ready solutions across the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or AI/IT
8–12+ years in sales enablement, portfolio/product management, or GTM in enterprise tech
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and AI solution portfolios
Experience with pricing/costing systems and CPQ/quoting tools
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams

Responsibilities

Bridge global offering/product management with the APAC sales organization.
Maintain offering roadmap visibility and APAC representation in reviews.
Voice regional gaps and advocate for inclusion in global offerings.
Flag and resolve region-specific compliance, localization, or market requirements.
Design and drive enablement programs and training for sales teams.
Coordinate cross-functional readiness and ensure collateral is up-to-date for launches.
