Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Malaysia is seeking an Operation Executive – SPOR to execute centralized port call handling, appointment management, disbursement conversion, and financial/remittance workflows. You will bridge Local Port Agents, principals, and finance teams across APAC from our ROC Malaysia base.

The role requires expertise with OpticHub/OpticLPA/Unit4, strong English communication, and attention to detail. Hybrid work model offered; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Maritime Studies, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel/port call appointments and verify requirements.
• Prepare PDA submissions and monitor prefunding.
• Prepare cost estimates and settle FDA disbursements.
• Perform financial reconciliations and maintain control compliance.
• Liaise between principals, ports, LPAs, and finance teams.
