Job summary

Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Financial Services Operations Executive (APAC) based in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports financing transactions across APAC, coordinating with local and regional teams and funding partners to ensure timely onboarding, documentation and funding.

You will manage the regional financing pipeline, provide operational support, and drive process improvements across Malaysia, Singapore, ANZ, India and other APAC markets as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in financial services operations or related fields.
• Experience managing financing transactions from onboarding to end-of-lease.
• Experience with funding partners, leasing companies or banks is preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and operational reporting.
• Experience supporting system implementation or UAT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Managers across APAC to manage financing opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline data, and deal milestones with high accuracy.
• Coordinate financing transactions for credit approvals, docs and funding.
• Support onboarding, KYC, credit assessment and funding processes.
• Collaborate with Credit, Finance and Sales teams across countries.
• Assist with transaction reconciliations and funding partner programs.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements for IMFS operations.
