Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services, part of a global maritime network, is seeking an Operation Executive – SPOR in Malaysia. You will manage centralized port call handling, appointment coordination, disbursement workflows and financial remittance across APAC jurisdictions.

Essential qualifications include a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance, Maritime Studies, or Logistics & Supply Chain, with expertise in OpticHub, OpticLPA and Unit4, along with strong English communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Maritime Studies, Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Experience with OpticHub, OpticLPA and Unit4.
• Strong English communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel/port call appointments, verify operational requirements and ensure complete documentation.
• Prepare and submit PDA, monitor prefunding requirements and follow up.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage disbursement settlements (FDA).
• Perform financial reconciliations, review Statements of Account and maintain controls.
• Liaise between principals, ports, vendors and internal teams for timely financial/operational updates.
